Kristin is an English, Drama and
Religious education teacher who
has a great passion for literature
and writing. She believes that all
students are able to succeed in
English and enjoys private tutoring
because it enables students to
discover their own specific gifts in
English.

She has a good rapport with
students and is highly committed
to providing them with a
comprehensive understanding of
the complex ideas within texts.

After teaching English Literature
and English as a Second
Language in South Korea for two
years, Kristin returned to Sydney
to study full-time, and has recently
graduated from the University of
Notre Dame Australia with a
Masters degree in Theology.

Joseph has recently resumed his
pursuit of teaching within high
schools, bringing with him his
irreplaceable passion for writing
and literature. His various
degrees have provided him with
an in-depth knowledge,
understanding and
resourcefulness in areas of history,
philosophy, music and literature –
both modern and classic, whilst
his readings and research are
mainly on William Shakespeare.
Joseph excels in explaining the
content of the High School
English Curriculum to students in
ways that promote understanding
and skillful appreciation. Since
2014, Joseph has seen many
HSC students under his tutelage
experience success in their school-
work and improvement in their
oral communication skills and
writing ability with a touch of their
own personal creativity.

Anthony, or known by his friends
as "Tony" is a very experienced
teacher with over 40 years of
teaching secondary students in a
vast array of subjects.

He has taught in the United
Kingdom, France, Israel and of
course, Australia. This includes
many years serving as the Head
of English in various schools
including public, catholic systemic
and private schools.

Anthony's love of teaching is
evident as he delivers his lessons
and many of his students have
achieved exceptional results.

Michael is a passionate, patient
and engaging Mathematics
teacher. He has been educating
students in secondary schools for
more than ten years. .

He is well versed in identifying
student's strengths and
weaknesses quickly and gives
specific and tailored
recommendations on how that
student can improve. He engages students in interesting
ways so that the student can
understand the sometimes difficult
concepts in an easier manner.
He also gives specific exam
strategies that suit the individual
needs of students. Michael's
students receive consistently
pleasing results and progress.

Alfred is a secondary
mathematics, science and
religious education teacher.
Prior to teaching he worked as an
engineer with ten years
experience in the water and
wastewater industry.
Alfred decided to pursue teaching
because of his love for learning
and educating others.
He has worked in a number of
schools, including private and
independent schools, and is
familiar with various pedagogical
approaches and what works best
for different learners.
Alfred is also looking to pursue
academic interests in education

Syed is a Maths and Science
tutor (Biology, Physics and
Chemistry) and has four years of
experience in teaching students
from Years 6 to 12. Currently, he
is a trainee teacher and will be
qualified soon. Syed enjoys
tutoring at Learning Space,
particularly seeing a students
reaction when they finally grasp a
new concept or learn something
new. He is empathetic with the
challenges many students face
with Mathematics and finds it
rewarding seeing students
progress and excel in their
studies.
